if you mean the dog is "leaving gifts" i’d say go talk to them one last time and if they don’t do anything call the police. my mom’s neighbor did that to her.

Its her yard, she can have it as smelly as she likes.

If you have a problem with it i suggest putting a better fence up or something.

If it is on your neighbors property, there isn’t much you can do. If there is a build up of feces, you can call the city and report it as a health hazard. Hopefully, the city will make them do something about it.

If it’s not in your yard and on their property there is not much you can do unless it’s causing a real bad smell. Then you can call the emviromental heath. It will be a long process as they will probably do an enviomental study. It took a friend over a year to get a similar situation sorted.

Tell her that it is illegal to let her dog foul and not clean it up. Good luck

Ask her one more time and if your neighbour does nothing get on to environmental health or other local authority to deal with it. Tell them you have children and are worried for their health. They will have to do something about it.

It is illegal to let your dog foul in public and not clean it up. Simply tell her that if she doesnt take any notice, You will be contacting the relevant authorities, which may mean that she will face a large fine, she shouldnt have a dog if she cant clean up its mess, I have a staffy and I always carry a plastic bag with me when I go out, it isnt fair to leave dog doo just lying around.

As he is "fowling" he must be bird dog. I suggest you clip his wings. If you mean fouling deliver it their home like the mailman would.

AHHH. The joys of having neighbors!

If it is on THEIR property there is nothing that you can do unless it is a health hazard. And if it is just 1 or 2 dogs it most likely won’t be viewed that way. Sorry.
